Enrollment steps
Enrollment is designed to be straightforward. If you have questions at any point, contact our team and weโll help you through the process.
1) Confirm eligibility
Project Lifesaver is intended for individuals who are at risk of wandering due to cognitive conditions or other safety concerns. If youโre unsure, reach out and weโll discuss your situation.
2) Submit an enrollment request
Complete the enrollment information and provide caregiver contact details. If forms are required, you can request them through our Resources page or by contacting us.
3) Schedule an appointment
Weโll coordinate a time to fit the transmitter and review program details, caregiver responsibilities, and what to do if a participant goes missing.
4) Keep information current
Update contact numbers, addresses, and medical considerations as they change. Accurate information helps responders act quickly.
What to expect
What happens after you enroll
After enrollment, the participant wears a small transmitter that emits a unique tracking signal. If the participant goes missing, trained responders can use specialized equipment to locate the signal and focus search efforts.
Caregivers play an important role by maintaining the device as instructed and calling 911 immediately if a participant is missing. This site provides general information and does not replace emergency guidance from local authorities.
